Which payment methods are available?

We accept payment by credit card, Sofort online bank transfer or PayPal. Additionally voucher codes may be used for payment. Please note that the number of voucher codes that can be redeemed at the same time is limited.

Paying by credit card:

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express and will require your card number, the card security code (3 digit code on the back of the card) and the expiry date of your card. The invoice total will be charged to the credit card immediately after the payment confirmation is sent.

Paying by Sofort online bank transfer:

If you pay by SOFORT online bank transfer, the transferred amount will be credited to us directly. This accelerates the order process as a whole. All you need is your account number, sort code, PIN and TAN. Via the secure payment form of SOFORT GmbH, which is inaccessible to traders, SOFORT online bank transfer generates an automated, real-time bank transfer on the customer’s online bank account. The purchase price is transferred immediately and directly into the trader’s bank account. If you select SOFORT online bank transfer as a payment method, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the order process. This already contains the Provider’s account details. Moreover the form also already specifies the amount to be transferred and reference. The Customer then selects the country in which he maintains his online bank account, and enters the sort code. The Customer then enters the same data he would enter for his online banking login (account number and PIN). The Customer confirms his order by entering the TAN. The transaction will be confirmed to the Customer directly after this. Generally, any internet user will be able to use SOFORT online bank transfer as a payment method if he keeps a working online banking account with PIN/TAN functionality. Please note that at present a very few banks remain for which SOFORT online bank transfer is not yet available. Paying via PayPal:

You will pay the invoice total via the online services provider PayPal. Generally you will first need to be registered (or register) there, then identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will find further instructions during the ordering process.

Miles GmbH, Love Magenta Shop reserves the right to restrict the use of available payment methods from case to case. In this case we will promptly inform you by email.

Paying by voucher code:

In the overview of the shopping cart you may enter a voucher code. The redeemed voucher entitles you to purchase services from the Love Magenta Shop in the amount of the voucher value. Depending on the voucher code, several voucher codes can be redeemed together. These must be entered separately. Please note that in case of a refund, we will refund the amount through the payment methods used for the payment and, depending on the voucher code, will distribute the voucher value proportionally to the items contained in the order. Vouchers can also be purchased here in the shop as GIFT CERTIFICATE.

How will my goods be shipped?

Within the EU, we ship by DHL to the following countries. The list of countries also specifies the relevant shipping charges.
We ship our packages carbon neutral with DHL GoGreen.

When does my right of withdrawal expire?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without explaining the reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days starting on the day on which you have, and/or a third party specified by you, who is not the carrier, has, taken possession of the final goods or final item.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use a return label to send back the goods on our costs. You may create this with the link mentioned below. Please be aware that a return label may only be issued for certain countries. In our list of countries we ship to you can find out for which countries this applies.

How can I return items?

  • Please replace the items in their packaging.
  • Download our returns form here, fill it in and return it together with the items.
    Please also enclose the delivery note or a copy of the delivery note and/or invoice.
  • Create a return label here to return your item(s) free of charge.
    You can enter your address data in the form and then straightaway open and print your label from the generated PDF.
    Please note that returns are free of charge only within Germany.

Warranties for added safety

As a matter of course the statutory period of limitation of 2 years applying to the buyer´s rights in case of defect applies to all items. In addition, either we or the manufacturer may extend a warranty for certain items. Please check the item description directly for determining whether this will be the case for your item. The additional warranty does not restrict the statutory rights in case of defect.
