What are the payment options?
We accept payments by credit card, direct bank transfer and PayPal. In addition, coupon codes can also be used for payment. Please note that the number of voucher codes that can be redeemed at the same time is limited.
Information about payment by credit card:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express and require your card number, card verification number (3-digit numeric code on the back of the card) and the expiration date of your card. The card account will be charged with the invoice amount immediately after payment confirmation.
Information about payment by direct bank transfer:
With SOFORT bank transfer we receive the transfer credit immediately. This will speed up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via the secured payment form of SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to merchants, SOFORT Überweisung automatically sets up a transfer in the customer’s online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant’s bank account. If you choose the payment method SOFORT Überweisung, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains the bank details of the provider. In addition, the form already displays the transfer amount and the purpose of the transfer. The customer must now select the country in which he has his online banking account and enter the bank code. Then the customer enters the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). The customer confirms his order by entering the TAN. Information about payment by PayPal:
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. Basically you have to be registered there or you have to register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Miles GmbH, Love Magenta Shop keeps the right to restrict the use of the available payment methods individually. In this case you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
Information about payment by voucher code:
In the summary of the shopping cart you can enter a voucher code. The redeemed gift certificate entitles you to purchase services from the Love Magenta Shop in the amount of the value of the gift certificate. Depending on the coupon code, several codes can be redeemed together. These must be entered separately from each other. Please note that in the case of a refund, we will refund the amount via the payment methods used at the time of payment, thereby applying the voucher value to the items kept, depending on the voucher code in question. If the value of the retained items is less than the voucher value, you will receive the voucher value for the returned items in the form of a new voucher code, which we will send by e-mail.. How we handle the shipping?
We ship within the EU to the following shipping countries by DHL. In the listof shipping countries you will also find informations about the particular freight costs. We send our packages climate neutral with DHL GoGreen. We balanced a total of 24.29 t CO2e through climate-neutral GOGREEN products and services in 2019.
How long will the right of withdrawal be valid?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal term is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or the last item.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you can return the goods to us free of charge with a return label. You can create it with the link below. How can I return items?
Please put the items back into the packaging
- Please be sure to include the delivery bill or a copy of the delivery bill or invoice with the package.
- To send your return to us free of charge, you can create a DHL return label. Please enter your zip code, the track & trace number of the shipment and some information about the return in the form. Afterwards you can open and print the sticker immediately as a PDF. Please note that a free return is only possible within Germany.
