I used to be a T-Shirt and now I am your new must have. Upcycling is on the tip of everyone’s tongue, even in the textile industry. But words are not enough. Around 92 million tons of textiles from the fashion industry end up in trash every year. To put it metaphorically: Worldwide, a garbage truck load of material is stored or incinerated every second.
